How long is the warranty about Parlux product?
The validity of the Parlux warranty is six months since we are not dealing with small consumer appliances but with a specific area that covers professional electronic appliances.

Can I have a Parlux hairdryer with an universal voltage?
No. At present, Parlux hair dryers produced for the Italian market with 220v voltage cannot be used in any other international territory that uses a different voltage (e.g. 110v), not even by getting an adapter. This is because the power of the Parlux product is very high and a simple transformer cannot convert the hair dryer's current from 220v to 110v.

My Parlux hairdryer makes sparkling inside the button plate, is it normal?
Yes. The “sparkle” that is noted in the switching of the buttons is a normal effect that occurs in all electrical contacts. In this case, the switching occurs within the insulating envelope of the switch, which in turn is encased by the handle of the hair dryer also made of plastic insulating material (in fact, the hair dryer is double insulated). Since there is a very small gap between the two parts, the sparkle is sometimes visible on the outside, but at the safety level there are absolutely no problems.
The only caution, as per the instructions for all types of electrical contacts, is not to use the hair dryer with completely wet hands and of course use it away from water.
